Data protection is of high concern for the Barokomaraton organisers. The following data protection policy is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union.

Application Forms

The applicant or his/her legal representative freely gives a consent to process applicant’s personal data provided through the application form by RuMning klap z.s., as the controller of such personal data.

Photos, audio and video

The participant of Barokomaraton freely gives a consent to use photographs, audio and video recordings of him/her taken during the event. Such photos and audio and video recordings can be used by Rumning klap z.s. for a record of the event, publicity material for further activities or events on leaflets/websites/magazines, illustrations of the activities or events in published articles and grant applications.

Personal data protection

The personal data are collected through technical means of the data processor APACHI s.r.o. and third party data processors (see below). THe personal data will be processed solely for the purposes they were provided for. The access to the personal data will be limited to a restricted group of Rumning klap z.s. members and the data processor APACHI s.r.o.

The personal data won’t be kept longer than necessary.

On its website, the controller has integrated the component of Google Analytics. The purpose of the Google Analytics component is to analyse the traffic on the Barokomaraton website. Google uses the collected data and information to evaluate the use of the website and to provide online reports, which show the activities on the Barokomaraton website.
