On this section, only one part of the route is different, namely the part from the intersection U \u0160eb\u00edkova to \u017debnice. Items must be submitted at the registration at the venue by 7pm on Friday, marked with the competitor's race number. Return of the items will be managed by the organizers from 12pm in the cloak room area, against your race number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Recommended equipment:<\/strong> Given that this is an extreme race, it is necessary to be prepared for unexpected emergency situations. We recommend having with you a minimum set of equipment that includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Map and compass for navigation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mobile phone (the organizers' number will be printed on the race numbers; for quick medical assistance, call 155), spare power source<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emergency food and drinks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thermal blanket (e.g. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lifesystems.co.uk\/products\/outdoor-survival\/thermal-blanket\">Lifesystem Thermal blanket<\/a>, which will keep you warm in case of an accident.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A headtorch for the night section of the race with a battery life of at least 6 hours<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Baroko Ultra 100k is part of the <a href=\"http:\/\/ultracau.cz\/index.php\/ultracup\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ultracup<\/a> organized by the Czech Association of Ultrarunners (\u010cAU). \u010cAU members receive a 100 CZK ~ 4 EUR discount on the entry fee.
